KATHY BRUCE is a visual artist based in Argyll & Bute Scotland. Her sculpture installations and collages trace the mythologies and histories of women, plants and landscape and how their interconnected relationships can be integrated visually to form a poetic contemporary understanding of humans and nature. She is the recipient of numerous awards including the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Fellowship, two Fulbright-Hayes scholar grants and a Ford Foundation Grant. Her work has been exhibited in the U.K., U.S. and internationally including Senegal, Taiwan, Denmark, Peru, France, and Canada.
